REASI: Radha Devi, Diksha Devi and Shahnaz Akhter emerged as fastest runners thereby secured gold in the day-long district level athletics meet of school going girls in three age groups of under-14, unde-17 and under-19 at General Zorawar Singh Stadium, here today.
The event was organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Reasi as part of the annual calendar of activities. Now, the selected athlete shall represent district Reasi in the upcoming UT level athletics meet of the DYSS.
The young athletes were complimented and felicitated by the district (DYSS) officer Reasi, Tarsem Singh in the presence of Incharge ZPEO Asha Devi.
