JAMMU: Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Government College for Women (GCW) Gandhi Nagar on Saturday organised a Parent -Teacher meeting.
Convener, IQAC Cell, Prof. Seema Mir, in her welcome address, stressed upon the quality relationship which thereby bridges the bond between students and parents.
Principal of the College, Prof. Kiran Bakshi emphasised upon this very fact that suggestions from the parents are equally welcomed for keeping this bond intact. She further informed that students are given ample opportunity to grow through NSS, NCC and various co-curricular activities. She welcomed the suggestions and drawbacks which would further play a major role in enhancing the academic and holistic development of the Institution.
She also informed about Grievance and Redressal Cell where student’s problems can be redressed. She made the parents aware about the various Add-on-courses which can further help them in their vocational growth. Dr. Ashu Vashisht presented vote of thanks.
