PTU seeks justice in death of mother of 3 girls

BILLAWAR: District President PTU Kathua, (Billawar) Manoj Gupta on Monday visited the house of deceased Anju Bala who died in a mishap two days back near Dream Land Park due to rash and negligent driving by some motorcyclists.
Lambasting the inaction of the administration, Manoj demanded immediate arrest of the accused. He further assured the family of the deceased that he will provide all possible help in this hour of grief. After the cremation, Manoj Gupta assured the family that he will accompany them to the DC office for seeking justice and necessary compensation.
Manoj further appealed to the SSP Kathua to take remedial action for curbing road accidents. The family of the deceased belongs to SC community and she has left three daughters namely Benika 17 years, Palvi 14 years and Gunjan 6 years who is also admitted in GMC for treatment of her critical leg injury.
After the accident, Anju Bala was referred to GMC Jammu by district Hospital Kathua and later GMC referred her to Super-specialty Hospital Katra.
