VIJAYPUR : The staff and trainees of Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) on Wednesday organized a function on the occasion of ‘Mela Kashir Bhawani’ under the guidance of Ranjit Kanwar, SSP (Principal PTTI) Vijaypur. Sweet cold water with light refreshment was offered to the children and other inhabitants residing in the vicinity of the institute.
