Adding more substance to the thought processing, Aaraadhyaa pitched in with her reflection, saying, “Today’s independent women embody resilience, intelligence, and an unyielding determination to shape their destinies. They are breaking stereotypes, challenging societal norms, and redefining what it means to be successful in a diverse range of fields-be it business, science, arts, politics, or community development. An Independent woman is a self made queen who is not afraid to wear her crown”.
Under the segment ‘Choicest Quotations’, Zunaira quoted Kalpana Chawla, “Lovely ladies, do something because you really want to do it. If you are doing it just for the goal, and don’t enjoy the path, then think you are cheating yourself!”. Amaira Sharma empowered all the girls in the audience by quoting the former Vice President USA Kamla Harris, “What I want all young women and girls to know is that you are beautiful and your voice matters”.
Nandika Bhardwaj sought help from Sunita Williams and she quoted saying, “You don’t see any borders between countries from space. That’s man-made and one experiences it, only when you return to Earth”. Ganik Chauhan quoted impactful Gina Carey, while she stated, “An Independent woman looks at the challenge in the eyes and gives it a wink”. Bhumika quoted Maya Angelou “Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better”.
Principal JKPS Kunjwani Rajesh Rathore appreciated the presenters of the Morning Assembly for instilling new hope and vigour in the audience. Applauding the indomitable spirit and unflinching self-belief of contemporary Independent women, he said, ‘They embrace their aspirations without hesitation, knowing their worth and striving to achieve their goals without compromising their values or individuality. Today’s women seamlessly juggle multiple roles, whether it be professional, familial, or personal, proving that one does not need to sacrifice identity for societal expectations”.
“We are very happy to see that female students at JKPS Kunjwani are bold, confident and well-equipped to take on the future challenges of life. They are role models for the next generation. With confidence and courage, they face challenges head-on, whether in overcoming societal biases, speaking up against injustices, or pursuing unconventional paths. Progressive schools must empower every Girl-child to fulfill our dream of Viksit Bharat. Let each Girl-child exemplify the strength of character to ensure a more inclusive, equitable, and progressive world”, he concluded.
