JAMMU: To carry out the work of PCC Pole erection and installation of HT/LT cable by M/s IRCON International Ltd under R-APDRP project, the power supply to Prem Nagar, Christian Colony, Upper Gummat and Lower Gummat shall remain affected on June 27 and 29 from 7:00 to 11:00 AM.
To carry out branch cutting of trees/repair of burnt jumper, the shutdown of 33 KV Ramnagar Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply shall remain affected to Ramnagar, Chowki, Sataney, Jaganoo, Thill, Industrial area, Battal Ballian and Basantgarh on June 27 from 7:00 to 11:00 AM.
Meanwhile, according to the Superintending Engineer, EM&RE, Circle, Srinagar, power shut down is scheduled from 33/11 KV Receiving Station Nishat on June 26 and 28, 2016 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. The areas shall remain affected which receive power supply from Nishat Receiving Station.
The power shut down on Sonwar Receiving Station is also scheduled on June 27, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Similarly, to replace 2 No. 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker at 320 MVA, 220/132/66 KV Grid Station, Hiranagar and 2×50 MVA, 132/66 KV Grid Station Samba, the power supply shall remain affected to Kathua, Hiranagar, Sewa, Samba, parts of Bari Brahmana, Mahanpur and adjoining areas including Industrial areas as well as Samba town and its Industries, Ghagwal, Part of Vijaypur and their adjoining areas on June 26 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
