JAMMU: Adhoc Committee of Indian Power Lifting Federation is going to organise selection trials to pick up state teams for the forthcoming Senior National Power Lifting Championship to be held at Kerala from 14th to 17th August, 2017.
The day-long selection process shall take place at 999 Fitness and Gym, Nanak Nagar, here on 12th July at 10:00 AM onwards, committee member Parminder Kour in a handout issued here on Wednesday informed. Before the actual trials, the weighing process for men below 59 kgs, 88 kgs, 74 kgs, 83 kgs, 93 kgs, 105 kgs, 120 kgs and +120 kgs and women below 47 kgs, 52 kgs, 57 kgs, 63 kgs, 73kgs, 84 kgs and +84 kgs shall be carried out on the aforesaid date from 9:30 AM at the same venue.
She asked the interested players to remain present at the aforesaid venue on given time and date.
