JAMMU: District Poonch Billiards and Snooker Championship, organised by the J and K Billiards and Snooker Association, shall take place at Youth Club Poonch from 31st October. “The competition shall take place under the overall supervision of Saleem Bandey,” informed General Secretary of the Association, Vishal Abrol.
