JAMMU: Police on Friday raided the house of Gulzar Ahmed alias Lahu, at Chak Waziru Bishnah.
A team of Bishnah police headed by Insp Abid Bukhari SHO Bishnah under the supervision of Nikhil Gogna SDPO RS Pura raided the house of Lahu, son of Bashir Ahmed Gujjer, resident of Chak Waziru Bishnah to arrest him who is absconding for long time. It is pertinent to mention that several efforts have been made in the past also by Jammu police to nab this accused, due to which he has shifted his base to the nearby bordering States. Police has kept a hawks eye over his activities due to which the absconder has gone underground to conceal himself, and also shifted his base.
Nevertheless the efforts of police are on, to catch him red handed and produce him in the court of law to face several charges that are framed against him in several FIRs that are still under investigation.
Public in general and locals of Chak Waziru, Bishnah in particular are informed, through this medium, that anybody divulging any information regarding his whereabouts, the identity of the person disclosing the information would be kept secret & he would be rewarded suitably.
