JAMMU: To strengthen police-public relations, a meeting was organised by In-charge SHO Peer Mitha, Sheema Nabi, IPS (Prob), here at Lakhdata Bazar. At the outset of meeting, the chairing police officer discussed various issues pertaining to general public. The main focus of the meeting was encroachment of footpaths by some shopkeepers, wrong parking of vehicles and safety of shops. Kartar Gupta President of Lakhdata Bazar and Shopkeepers Association, Pawan Talla Vice President, Amit Luthra General Secretary and Kapil Gupta Cashier were also present.
