POONCH: In order to keep the jawans and officers of District Police Poonch physically fit and instill a sense of confidence in general public, a route march was held by District Police in which around 100 police personnel participated along with authorised weapons.
The contingent adopted the route from DPL Poonch to Bus Stand, ALG , Allapir, Main Bazar and again culminated at DPL.
Mohd Rafi Giri-DySP DAR led the contingent throughout the route. The objective of the road march was physical fitness of police personnel.
The general populace of Poonch town have highly appreciated the turnout of police personnel of the district.
