JAMMU: The Superspeciality Hospital Kakryal would be made operational soon and Governor N N Vohra has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate the hospital on 19th April.
The 230-bed hospital built with an investment of Rs 300 crore has been set up by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) and would be one of the most modern one in the region.
Governor N. N Vohra, who is Chairman of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, visited Kakryal on Thursday to review preparedness for the operationalisation of the hospital along with Ajeet Kumar Sahu, Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB; Dr. (Brig.) Man Mohan Harjai, Chief Administrative Officer, Superspeciality Hospital; Dr. S.P Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Super Speciality Hospital and Dr. A. Raghuvanshi, Director Narayana Hrudayalaya.
