JAMMU: Expressing angu-ish over the issue of meeting notice published in local newspaper, General Secretary of All J and K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, M.L Banalia said that Piran Ditta is misusing his official capacity against the provisions of constitution of Sabha with oblique motive to oust the elected General Secretary. “This notice has been issued without taking General Secretary of All J and K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha into confidence,” he told reporters.
Banalia said that case of All J and K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha v/s Piran Ditta is subjudice in Court of Law with regard to formation of Working Committee of Sabha.
“Majority of branch heads of All J and K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha including District and Tehsil President raised objection of alleged meeting notice and expressed solidarity with me and Constitution of Sabha,” he asserted.
