RANSOO: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Ravinder Kumar, who is also the Vice Chairman of the Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Board (SSKSB), inaugurated the photograph-based Yatra Registration system at Ransoo, the base camp of Shiv Khori Shrine Board on Tuesday.
Mahesh Sharma (DTO) Executive Officer SSKSB informed that with this new registration system in place the pilgrims will not have to wait in long queues as large number of counters would be set up for issuing Yatra Access Card.
Later DDC took a comprehensive review of drinking water and power supply, medicare, sanitation, security, and other developmental activities under way for providing better facilities for the pilgrims.
It is important to mention here that the Board has taken a number of important decisions to improve the management of the Yatra to the holy shrine.
