He said that Union Government order to vacate lands from army and to allow the Nepal route for return of militants under the Rehabilitation policy besides permission to the separatists and Hurriyat Leaders to organise anti India seminar in Kashmir had emboldened the anti national elements who had got a fresh lease of life and were desperate to vitiate peace and tranquility in both Jammu and Kashmir.
Strongly flaying the government for its failure to apprehend the culprits involved in stone pelting on religious pilgrimage of Mata Kheer Bhawani, Harsh said that the government must also unearth the conspiracy behind the desecration of Aap Shambhu Temple in Janipur Jammu by mischievous characters in furtherance of a well knit plot to create communal tensions.
He called for adequate compensation to those whose moveable and immovable property was damaged during the Janipur riots as also during 2008 Amarnath agitation as assured by the then BJP leaders. Calling upon the government to keep a strict vigil upon the saboteurs and trouble shooters, he cautioned the government to take necessary safeguards with fool proof security mechanism to deal with the possible threats during the Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra and Amarnath pilgrimage.
