JAMMU: Members of Minority Department of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Camres David (Babbloo) & Parshotam Mehra on Friday organized a function to celebrate Christmas Day.
President JKPCC, G.A Mir, who was the Chief Guest, said that people around the world have been celebrating Christmas Day with traditions and practices that are both religious and secular in nature.
“This auspicious occasion would be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity for the UT and strength bonds of harmony and brotherhood,” he said in his message. The cake was also served in the function.
Prominent persons present were Th. Manmohan Singh, Pawan Raina, Narinder Sharma, Vinod Sharma, Sanjeev Panda, Karan Bhagat, Sahil Sharma, Titus Gill, Vinay Sharma, Suresh Dogra, Gurmeet Singh and Ayub Khokhar.
