Pay GP Fund, gratuity, commutation in time

Dear Editor,
Through your esteemed daily I would like to draw the attention of State Government towards the harassment which State Govt.employees and retired persons are facing presently as far as the payment of GP fund, service gratuity and commutation to  employees / retired persons is concerned. It takes three to four month for an employee to get his GP Fund/ final GP fund amount credited in his account due to non release of GP fund component by Govt. in time. It is also a fact that employees deduct a certain some of money from their monthly salary in GP fund accounts so that in need of hour they can draw it to pay fees of their children studying outside the State or to get for their kins medical treatment or to construct their houses. It is also a fact that when all hopes of getting finance is closed for a Govt. employee then he opts for getting his GP fund withdrawn and similarly Govt. employees after retirement have lot responsibilities on their shoulders such as marriage of their kids etc etc.and when they do not get their hard earned money in time and feel harassed by visiting daily at treasuries to know the status of their payments pertaining to GP fund, service gratuity and commutation. It has also been seen that many retired persons in past have develop different diseases in shock of not getting their hard earned money in time. Who is then responsible for this? It is very abject if Govt. is paying monthly salaries to employees in routine then why the employees who are in need of their GP fund withdrawals and also gratuity, commutation and final GP fund withdrawal of retired persons are delayed by not releasing respective components by Govt. in time. It is my appeal to state government to release the component relating to  GP fund, gratuity and commutation on priority basis to stop the mental as well as physical harassment which at present  employees/ retired persons are facing.
