JAMMU: India and Pakistan had a brief exchange of bullets on International Border in Samba district.
“Few rounds of fire were exchanged late last night on International Border in Ramgarh sector of Jammu region”, a BSF official said.
He said that Pakistani Rangers last night at around 2330 hours fired unprovoked at forwards Border Outposts in Ramgarh sector of Samba.
They used small arms and automatics, said an official, adding, “BSF retaliated effectively while exchanges of firing lasted continued till midnight.”
“No casualty or damage was reported on our side,” BSF official added.
