JAMMU: The Government assigned additional charge to Owais Ahmed, IAS (AGMUT:2014). “In the interest of administration, it is ordered that Owais Ahmed, IAS (AGMUT:2014), Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir shall, in addition of his own duties, hold the charge of Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department till further orders,” reads an order issued by M. Raju, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
