JAMMU: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Y.P Kotwal on Saturday awarded one year RI and fine Rs 10,000 to one Prabhjit Singh who was facing trial in molestation case.
While awarding the sentence, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Y.P Kotwal observed that the prosecution has proved his case beyond doubt and that the accused has committed the offence under Section 354 RPC as he is guilty and convicted for the offence under Section 354 RPC and awarded one year RI and fine Rs 10,000.
