SRINAGAR: One person died while nine others were injured in a road accident in Kargil.
An Eco vehicle bearing registration number JK07-2838 skidded off the road and fell into deep gorge at Akchamal Kargil, resulting in injuries to 10 passengers travelling the vehicle.
All the injured were immediately shifted to District Hospital Kargil where Razya Bano, wife of Mohammad Ali, resident of Apati, Kargil succumbed to her injuries. The body of the deceased was handed over to her relatives for last rites. Kargil Police has registered a case in this regard.
