UDHAMPUR: Police on Sunday arrested a bootlegger and recovered 42 pouches of liquor from his possession at Udhampur. According to a report, on an information been provided by in charge DSB ASI Madan Lal, SHO Udhampur Arjun Singh laid Naka near Matador Stand Udhampur and intercepted a person. During search, police recovered 42 pouches of country made liquor from him. The accused identified as Raj Singh son of Kartar Chand resident of Mutal in Tikri was arrested and a case under Excise Act was also registered against him.
