BARAMULLA: For smooth conduct of Assembly Elections, , the General Observers for all the seven Assembly constituencies of District Baramulla nominated by the ECI will be available from 21st November to 23rd December to meet and address any grievances of the public, contesting candidates as well as representatives of political parties with regard to Assembly Elections
