JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Rifle Association shall be holding two-day trials to select the State team for the forthcoming 34th North Zone Shooting Championship (Small Bore Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun events) scheduled to be held at Dr Karni Singh Shooting Ranges Delhi from 26th October to 2nd November.
The trials shall take place at Delhi Public School (DPS) under the supervision of Rajesh Virdhy from 30th September, a handout issued by the Association here on Saturday informed.
The selection of probable shall be followed by the coaching camp at the same venue from 3rd October onwards. In the proposed coaching camp, Rajesh Virdhy shall be assisted by Deepika Singh.
Those interested shooters have been advised to bring along their Identity cards duly issued by the State Association and NRAI.
Interested players have also been asked to get themselves registered with Assistant Coach, Deepika Singh from 28th to 30th September between 3:00 and 5:00 PM at the DPS for trials. The coach can also be reached at Mobile No. 9796885907, the handout added.
