NSUI to organise convention in Delhi on May 28

Jammu:-The National Student’s Union of India (NSUI) will organise a two-day long national convention “Dristicon” in New Delhi from May 27 to lay focus on education and employment in the country.

“NSUI is organising a national convention ‘Dristicon’ in New Delhi on May 27-28. The national convention is for 2 days and its title is ‘Education is our right and Employment is the aim’,” National Secretary NSUI, Amit Pathania told reporters here today.

All the District Presidents, State Committee officers, State Presidents and officials of the National committee from across the country will be attending the convention, he said.

“Almost 750 invited members will be present in Mavlankar Hall, New Delhi. Also University Student Union office bearers along with few of the state representatives will be invited for the convention,” he said.

AICC President Sonia Gandhi, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will take part in the convention and give their valuable guidance to all the office bearers from across the country, he said.
