NPSU protests, demands dismissal of State Govt

JAMMU: National Panthers Student Union (NPSU) activists on Monday held a protest here demanding immediate dismissal of Jammu and Kashmir Government and imposition of Governor Rule in the interest of security of the Indian citizens in the State.
Hundreds of NPSU volunteers led by Union State President Thakur Virender Singh assembled in front of the main gate of University of Jammu and raised slogans amidst burning of effigy of Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh.
Addressing the NPSU leaders, Virender made an appeal to all the youth and students throughout the State, particularly, in Kashmir Valley to join the movement launched by the Panthers Party, “BJP-PDP Government quit, youth unite to fight of justice”.
They criticised Dy. CM Dr. Nirmal Singh demanding his resignation for abusing the army.
Singh questioned the silence of BJP high command on this issue and said why BJP is not give clearance on this issue.
NPSU activists who joined the protest included Anoop Singh, Rishi Badyal, Keshav Sharma, Subash Badyal, Ajit Singh, Danish Singh, Chetan Singh, Shubam Singh and Sumit Singh.
