JAMMU: In a petition filed by Ashok Kumar Pargotra (presently I/C XEN) who sought compliance of Court directions dated 1st May, 2009 whereby respondents to convene DPC and regularize the incharge promotion of the petitioner as Assistant Engineer in 2002 with effect from 1995 as his juniors were promoted from 1995 and also directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of further promotions as AEE and XEn.
Justice Alok Aradhe of J and K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma who submitted that the court directions remains uncomplied for the last seven years, took serious note of this intentional failure of the respondents to implement and obey the court orders and issued bailable warrants to the sum of Rs.5000/- to Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department, Jammu and Kashmir Government, Civil Secretariat, Jammu for his appearance before this court on 15th November, 2016.
