JAMMU: The great warrior General Zorawar Singh offered his supreme sacrifice along with his valiant troops to maintain the national pride, sovereignty of India and above all the huge Empire of the Dogra Rulers while fighting the enemy this day in 1841 at a most difficult and rugged terrain in Minus 41 degree temperature without the least facility. Today, being the Martyrdom Day of General Zorawar Singh, one would have only wished Dr Karan Singh to say just a word as homage to the great fighter of the valiant Dogra Army. Dr Karan Singh, on the contrary, had all the time to hail the decision on Durbar Move.
Salute to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, not only for remembering General Zorawar Singh all these years but also assisting the General Zorawar Singh Memorial Trust.
