No other can match Madan Lal Sharma’s commitment for serving people: PCC leaders

BILLAWAR: Senior Congress leaders on Friday grieved over the untimely demise of Former MP, Minister, MLA and iron man of Congress J&K Madan Lal Sharma and termed him as the politician who always stayed in hearts of people and always as the urge to serve the people of the state.
While condoling they said he was truly the leader of masses and did a lot of development in the state & his region while serving in different capacities. While expressing their condolences with the bereaved family, they said Madan Lal Sharma served the party to the best of his ability all his life and his contributions for strengthening Congress party and people of Jammu and Kashmir are immense. He was a dedicated Congress leader, who would always be at forefront to solve the problems of the people. His contributions as a politician and as a leader are immense and unmatchable. He was a humble personality and always remains associated with the people at the grass root levels especially poor and the downtrodden. They referred to the hard work done by Madan Lal Sharma and admired his extra ordinary leadership qualities. They admired the personality of Madan Lal Sharma as a human being having great concern for the poor and downtrodden people irrespective of caste, creed, colour, religion or region and for the ordinary workers of the party.
Sharing the grief with the family, friends and followers of Madan Lal Sharma PCC leaders have conveyed heartfelt condolences to them and prayed for peace to the departed soul in heaven. Prominent among those who condoled the death of Madan Lal Sharma and remembered his services to the people and the party included Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, Thakur Hari Singh, Sardar Amolak Singh, Ashok Sharma, Hira Lal Abrol, Naresh Gupta, Subash Gupta, Vikar Rasool, GM Saroori, Sham Lal Bhagat, Devinder Singh Bindu, Lalita Sharma, Rajni Sharma, Ghulam Haider Malik, Ashwani Khajuria, Adv Maheshwar Singh, Subash Bhagat and Jagjyot Singh.
