KATHUA: Under ‘Paryas’ an initiative by the district administration to listen grievances of the public telephonically, nine callers registered with ADDC Narinder Singh Bali here on Wednesday.
During one hour session, people from different parts of the district projected their problems mostly related to the provisions of basic amenities.
Responding to the issues projected by different callers, ADDC issued on the spot instructions to the officers for early redressal of their grievances.
