RAMBAN: Member Legislative Assembly Ramban, Neelam Kumar Langeh on Saturday handed over appointment orders to nine newly appointed Anganwari Workers (AWW) namely Sonika Devi, Kanta Devi, Renu Devi, Saida Banoo, Tahira Akhter, Sarita Devi, Tasleema Bano, Nahida Parveen and Renuka Katoch of ICDS block Ramban at ICDS office Maitra.
Speaking on the occasion, Neelam said that the government is committed for over all development of Ramban Constituency with special emphasis on uplift of weaker section of society and children, women health care and will leave no stone unturned to provide benefits of welfare schemes of social sector departments to all deserving and needy people of the constituency.
He reiterated that government is committed for providing basic facilities to the people at their doorsteps especially in rural and far-flung areas.
District Programme Officer Ramban Ashok Pandita, District Social Welfare Officer, Varunjeet Singh Charak, CDPO, Ashfaq Khanji officers and officials of other line departments were present on the occasion.
