VIJAYPUR: Ashok Kumar, SSP Principal Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur pinned ranks on Vidya Bhushan and Dayal Chand who were promoted as Sub Inspectors last week by the ADGP Armed J&K. The function was organised at PTTI Vijaypur in which Principal PTTI Vijaypur congratulated the promoted officers and stressed upon them to work with zeal and zest in future also.
