JAMMU: The newly elected Executive Committee of the Amar Singh Club, Jammu, on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, who also serves as the Vice President of the Club. The visit marked a significant step in strengthening coordination between the Club’s new leadership and its institutional patronage.

During the interaction, Vijay Saraf, the newly elected Honorary Secretary of the Club, expressed sincere gratitude to the Divisional Commissioner for ensuring the smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of the recently concluded elections to the Club Management Committee. He lauded the impartial supervision and efficient administrative arrangements that ensured a free and credible electoral process, reinforcing democratic values within the prestigious institution.
The Divisional Commissioner, in his capacity as Vice President of Amar Singh Club, warmly welcomed the newly elected Executive Committee and interacted individually with its members. Congratulating the team on their successful election, he conveyed his best wishes for a progressive, disciplined, and member-oriented tenure. He emphasized the importance of collective leadership, transparency in decision-making, and adherence to the rich traditions and legacy of Amar Singh Club, while simultaneously striving for modernization and enhancement of facilities for members.
Special congratulations were extended to Vijay Saraf, who emerged as the top vote-getter in the elections, reflecting the overwhelming confidence and trust reposed in him by the Club members.
Saraf assured the Vice President that the new Executive Committee would work in a spirit of unity and cooperation to strengthen governance, upgrade infrastructure, and promote sports, cultural, and social activities within the Club.
