JAMMU: The State unit of BJP on Thursday felicitated the newly appointed office bearers in a programme held at Party Headquarters here.
The programme held under the leadership of BJP State President and Member of Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma whereas BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul was also present.
Jugal and Koul felicitated the newly appointed office bearers including Vice President MLA Sat Sharma, General Secretaries Munish Sharma and Dr. Narinder Singh, Secretary Aseem Gupta, BJP State Publicity Secretary Suresh Sharma and BJP Mahila Morcha President Purnima Sharma. The newly appointment office bearers were present with Shawls and mementos.
Jugal congratulated the newly appointment office bearer and said that their appointment will further strengthen the organizational structure of the party.
Later, Jugal convened a meeting of office bearer and discussed various issues and parties programmes including Maha Sampark Abhiyan etc.
Sharma directed the party leaders to take the Maha Sampark Abhiyan to booth level and disseminate party’s policies and programme at grass root level. He disclosed that State BJP unit has decided to reach out to each and every newly joined members at booth level and will give them signed letter of BJP National President Amit Shah on Maha Sampark Abhiyan.
Koul asked district leaders to educate the district Maha Sampark Abhiyaan team for conducting of Mandal level meetings.
Among others who were present on the occasion include Col. Uttam Singh, Ramesh Arora (Adv.), Usha Choudhary, Sakina Bano, Rajiv Jasrotia, Rajni Sethi, Pawan Khajuria, Sunil Sethi, Arun Gupta, Pt.
