SRINAGAR: A narcotic smuggler from Shopian was booked under PSA. Mohammad Yousuf Bhat son of Ghulam Ahmad Bhat resident of Melhora Zainpora Shopian, a narcotic smuggler has been booked under PSA by an order of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir. He was arrested by Railway Police Kashmir during its routine checking at Railway Station Panzgam along with three and a half kilogram of Charas at Railway Station Panzgam on 4th January, 2016.
