JAMMU: Padamshree S.P Varma, Chairman J&K State Branch Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) J&K State Branch flagged off motorcycle expedition to Kanya Kumari from Jammu.
A total number of 12 motorcyclists, on 10 motorcycles from Karnataka State Branch of Youth Hostels led by A.N Vijendra left for Kanyakumari. The motorcyclists reached Katra by train and after Darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi they left for their expedition. They will travel more than 300 kms a day.
Varma said that the expedition have noble aim to aware people about the importance of water preservation, water harvesting and for promoting universal brotherhood.
