RAJOURI: As part of Sadbhavana initiative, intention to act as platform for young students and unemployed youth to provide guidance as per their capability and educational qualification, a lecture cum motivational talk to motivate them to join Indian Army was organised on Saturday at Fatehpur by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Romeo Force.
There are a number of students / youth dropping out from school at early stages, hampering their chances of any worthwhile employment when they grow up, thus forcing these youth to take up menial jobs.
Lecture on ‘Swachh Bharat Campaign, wherein the students of Universal High School of Surankote Tehsil, were imparted guidance on Swachh Bharat Campaign was also organised by Indian Army. A total of 73 students and 10 teachers participated in the event. The students took a pledge to abide by the motto of the campaign and make all efforts towards making Surnakote a better, cleaner place.
School Administration and Locals of village Saaj, Dodasan Bala and Fatehpur appreciated the efforts of Indian Army for organising the lectures for students and youth and requested to organise such lectures in future too.
