MENDHAR : Residents of Mohalla Sarafa, Mendhar have not been supplied drinking water by the PHE Department for the last three days due to which the people are facing lot of difficulties. Prominent persons of the Mohalla told STATE TIMES that in spite of repeated requests to the departmental officers, they have not given due attention to the problem when it is a matter of top priority this being emergency service.
The people have requested the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Department to issue suitable instructions to the concerned officials to release water without delay. They also requested that in case of any technical or mechanical problem in the regular water supply system, the residents be provided water through water tankers.
Prominent among those present included Shammi Rajat, Kapoor Mannu, Bhasin Rohni, Chandan, Atish Raina, Bharat Bhushan Chadha and Karan Negi.
