Dear Editor,
The Government led by Narendra Modi has, in the past one year in office, made a good beginning, especially considering that expectations from the people were unrealistically high. Policy paralysis has ended and the last one year has largely been corruption-free. The government has done well on the foreign policy front, which will open many doors for India. The government soon after assuming power set up a Special Investigation Team on black money. There is definitely an honest intent on this issue. The government has also pushed through the land boundary agreement with Bangladesh. Besides this, it has launched the National Air Quality Index. But a follow-up is needed so that people can breathe cleaner air.
