JAMMU: Summer vacation for the students of Model Academy started with a trip to Kullu and Manali in Himachal Pradesh.
The objective of the tour was to imbibe students the essence of one world and one family.
The trip lasted for four days from 14th to 16th of June and comprised 40 students and four staff members. The tour was packed with number of fun filled and sightseeing activities.
The students visited Hidamba Devi Temple followed by jungle walk, visit to club house where they witnessed river crossing program.
This was followed by full day sightseeing to Solang Valley where they took part in paragliding, motor cycle rides and cable car. Students were anxious to take part in paragliding. The students reveled in the sights and sounds of the famous Mall Road and the Tibetan market.
The trip proved to be a wholesome, frolic and adventurous experience for the students.
