NOWSHERA: MLC-Ravinder Sharma Congress Candidate conducted tour of Nowshera Constituency and addressed series of meetings at Lamberi, Bhatta, Thalka, Kamila, Qila Darhal, Lam and other adjoining areas of Tehsil Nowshera.
He was accompanied by Chairman Campaign Committee Nowshera Subash Kapoor; Jagdish Sahani (President Sanatan Dharam Sabha); Ashok Sharma-Leader Trade Union; Darbari Shah, Ch. Khaleel Ahmed, Rattan Singh, Isher Singh, Charan Singh, Capt. Kuldeep Singh, Hem Raj and other prominent leader of Nowshera.
While addressing in these meetings Sharma cautioned the people against the communal and divisive forces and highlighted the important role played by Congress party in the pre and post independence era, especially in the State. He asked the party workers to be vigilant against the false and vicious propaganda of BJP and other political parties in the state. He asked them to work for the strengthening of the party at the grass root level.
Sharma said that BJP and some political parties are trying to divide and polarise the people of the state particular the people of Jammu region only for their vested interests. He added, “But, I am very happy that the people have understood their cheap game plan and are ready to vote with sagacity and wisdom to carry forward the agenda of Congress party.
Chairman Campaign Committee Nowshera Shri Subash Kapoor and Jagdish Sahani (President Sanatan Dharam Sabha) also spoke on the occasion.
