UDHAMPUR : The newly elected MLA Pawan Kumar Gupta promised solutions to the grievances of labour classes. He said while addressing a Mazdoor Zila Committee members here on Tuesday. He said that every citizen has a right to live a life of dignity and every government has a duty to ensure it. He promised simplification of procedures. He said issues like non issuance of labour cards will be looked into and resolved. He also ensured that social reforms will be pushed for in the Assembly. Implementation of various existing welfare schemes in sectors like housing shall be prioritized.
He also said that community toilets shall be constructed to ensure access to sanitation. Various BPL and ration card issues will also be resolved. He was accompanied by Raj Kumar Bucha, Advocate Sumer Khajuria and Rohit Sethi to the venue.
