REASI: In order to listen to the grievances being faced by the people MLA Reasi-Ajay Nanda toured different wards of Reasi and himself witnessed the problems of the people.
Nanda was also accompanied by Executive Officer Municipality Reasi-Rattan Lal, prominent citizens and local residents of the area. The locals also apprised the MLA of the sewerage and sanitation problem faced by them in their areas. They also showed their concern regarding problem of electricity and the pending works of lanes in the area.
Nanda said that sanitation is one of the main concerns in the area and it will be dealt on priority so that a hygienic atmosphere could be built around in the surroundings which will further create a healthy atmosphere around.
He directed the concerned officials to launch the sanitation drive in the area, so that the area is completely cleaned and the heaps of the garbage accumulated across the roads and drains area removed. He also directed to place of two garbage containers for collection of garbage.
Nanda also focused upon building Reasi as a model constituency and assured the people that in coming time the public will itself witness the development running around all the spheres of the constituency.
People of the area appreciated the MLA for the step and thanked him for taking keen interest in mitigating the problems faced by the inhabitants of the area.
