MLA East starts face lifting of badminton court

JAMMU: Member legislative Assembly (MLA) Jammu East and BJP chief whip Rajesh Gupta started the work of face lifting of the badminton court and construction of fiber sheet shed at Akhaara near Balram Mandir Dhountly Panjtirthi in Ward No.1. The estimated cost of the work is about Rs. 6.50 lakh.
MLA was accompanied by JMC officials AEE Gurcharan Singh, Junior Engineering R.K Koul, Prof. Sham Gupta, Ravi Singh, Ved Parkash Padha, Suresh Bharti, Madan Singh, Subhash Sanghra, Gulshan Mahajan, Girdhari Lal, Rajeev Bharadwaj, Gokul Koul, Hariom, Kuldeep Kandhari, Gopal, Rajinder Gupta, Rajkumar, Rajesh Nischal, Chamanlal and Manav Mahajan.
Rajesh said, “Our State has a great potential in sports as our youth is highly talented and energetic.”
He added, “We are building infrastructure for sports and also improving the existing structures so that our sportsmen can practice and excel.”
Satish Sharna, Ayoudha Kumar, Vinay Sharma, Hans Raj, Pankaj Sharna, Ankush Sharma, Sushil Sharna, Shubam Sharma, Sham Lal, Bittu Sharna, Raj Kumar, Sonu, Puran, Ravi, Ramesh, Rajesh Sharma, Raju Singh, Rita Sharna, Kamlesh Devi, Seema Sharma, Neelam Sharma, Nitu, Ranju, Arpana and Anu Sharma were also present.
