SRINAGAR: Anantnag Police traced a lady who was missing from 24th of December 2016 after she left to visit her relatives in Tral area of Awantipora. On 7th January 2017, one Nazir Ahmad, resident of Naidpora reported in Police Station Dooru and stated that his wife is missing since 24th of December 2016, police spokesperson said. On this information, a missing report was lodged and a team headed by SHO Dooru Mohammad Manzoor under the supervision senior officers was constituted to trace out the missing lady . After strenuous and continuous efforts the missing lady was recovered from Anantnag on Sunday and was handed over to her family members, he said.
