Minister announces ex-gratia, five arrested

Minister for Forest Bali Bhagat has announced ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh and jobs to two brothers of a youth who was shot dead by the Special Operation Group men in Domana.
The Minister informed that five police personnel involved in the incident have been taken into custody.
Jammu SSP Rajiv Pandey could not be contacted as he was busy with his officers in a meeting till late night.
