Srinagar: Security forces on Saturday busted a militant hideout in north Kashmir’s Baramulla District and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition.
“A search operation was launched in the forest area of Guriwan village near Zandfaran area of the district following information about presence of a militant hideout there,” an army spokesman said here.

The recoveries include one AK 47 rifle, 460 rounds of AK 47, one Chinese pistol, two magazines of Chinese pistol, 28 rounds of Chinese pistol, eight RPGs, three UBGL, 20 UBGL rounds, eight RPG boosters, two radio sets and one GPS device, the spokesman said. (PTI)
