JAMMU: Mahant Bachittar Singh (MBS) College of Engineering and Technology started plant nursery on about three Kanals area for ornamental and other economically important species of plants in the college campus. Mahant Manjit Singh, the Sole Trustee of the College and Dr. M.K Bhandari, Divisional Commissioner Jammu were the special guests on the occasion. Saplings of Gulmohar were planted on the occasion by the dignitaries to mark the ongoing Van Mahotsav campaign. Staff and students of the college were involved in the event which will continue for the next fortnight.
