Max Healthcare opens clinic at Jammu

JAMMU: Max Healthcare on Saturday opened its clinic at 358, Gole Market, Gandhi Nagar here which was inaugurated by Member Legislative Council (MLC), Rani Gargi Billoria.

Supported with over 2,100 beds and 15 top hospitals in Delhi-NCR and Punjab, 2,300 world class doctors and 9,600 support staff, with 600 ICU beds and the most advanced technology, Maximum Healthcare  state-of-the-art infrastructure is rated the best in north India, said Senior Manager (Adm), Parvez Ahmed Beigh.

Owing to lack of required infrastructure in the state many patients succumb to treatable injuries and diseases, merely due to absence of proper diagnosis of health issues. Against this backdrop, the State should welcome and provide all necessary support to institutions introducing modern day technology and high-end services in the State.

“Today Maximum Clinics starts their OPD services for Orthopaedics and Joint replacement, Cardiology, Nephrology and Kidney transplant, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Urology, Medical Oncology, Paediatric Surgery, Gynaecology, General medicine and Paediatrics,” he said adding that in addition to it, Maximum Clinics have decided to commit itself to providing free First Aid and Disaster Management Training to students, factory employees, traffic police personnels etc.

It’s a matter of great pride for the state that world class healthcare facilities are now available at the door step, said Rani Billoria who was the Chief Guest on the occasion.

She added that such healthcare are the need of the hour as we in J and K are far behind in the healthcare sector.

She along with Dr. Pawan Kotwal Divisional Commissioner assured the every possible help to the authorities of Maximum Clinics to reach every nook and corner of the State, so that maximum number of people can be benefited.
