JAMMU: M.K Arya, Director, assumed the charge of Regional Director Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Jammu and Kashmir Region here.
He has taken over this charge from Acting Regional Director (I/c), Sindo Ram.
Arya started his career in ESIC as Deputy Director in the year 1996 and earlier he worked in Central Secretariat Service for nine years and in Bank of India for three years. Before joining as RD ESIC, J and K he was Director (Administration) in ESIC Directorate (Medical) Delhi. During the last 10 years he contributed a lot in the progress of the corporation by his dedicated and committed hard work in various capacities including in the area of the training and development where he remained for almost 10 years with five years in dual charge of Hospital (Finance) and Training rest 5 years exclusively in Training and Development.
During his tenure as Director (Admn) in Directorate (Medical) Delhi, Arya worked for upliftment of the dispensaries in terms of providing better infrastructure and services to the insured persons. Arya is sixth Regional Director ESIC, J and K.
